You should be able to download the individual patch files for 1.22 from your account page on GOG - there's two for 1.22, so grab both. Alternately, if you've got GOG Galaxy, just verify the files & it will patch you up to 1.24. The expansions might be over, but CD Projekt Red is still polishing The Witcher 3. Patch 1.22 is here, and it fixes a number of new issues introduced by Blood and Wine, plus some general tweaks.
